Return and Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Crooked Boar. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Return eligibility
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Because seasonings are food products, we can’t accept returns of opened or used items unless they arrived damaged, were incorrect, or have a product quality issue.
Damaged, incorrect, or quality-issue items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecrookedboar@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and let you know whether we’ll provide a replacement or refund. Please keep the item and packaging until we respond.
How to request a return
Email thecrookedboar@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise our error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process the refund; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund orders that haven’t shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
